Credo Reference is an information skills solutions provider that serves libraries worldwide. They needed help to refine the user experience and user interface of their insights platform, reference product and instructor course tool.

In working with their team of product managers, CTO and developers, we came up with streamlined solutions for Credo Insights, Credo Studio, Instructor Course Tool and Credo Reference Search Tool. The Insights platform has more robust reporting and data visualizations. The Search Tool is more user-friendly and has better delineation of reference types.
