Tremor Video wanted to marry their business lines of Tremor direct and programmatic ad buys powered by their technology platform. In the past, it was split into 3 consoles based on different client types and needs, trafficking for direct buys, ad-set up for self-service clients, and analytics.
This unified console incorporates all aspects of ad-buying and set-up as well as robust reporting, data visualization and analytics. The main goals of the interface were for users access points to be accessible by less clicks or steps, reduce time-spent on tasks and workflows and to give visually eye-catching data visuals. I collaborated closely with three product managers, two dev teams and led my UX design team.
