CHALLENGE

Sameplace puts the entire deal pipeline between buyers and sellers into a mobile app dashboard. Sameplace wanted to create an app that showed the real-time engagement between these two user groups in an easy and simple way.

SOLUTION

To make this app sticky for users, the design had to be easy to set-up and strong visuals so that users would know what to do without much instruction. The design was centered around the philosophy that it only would take one or two taps or swipes to anything in the app.

RESULT

The overall design is clean and inviting with small hints throughout the app to access documents, team make-up, responsiveness and frequency metrics.
